Exceptionally comfortable bed, attractive room with a nice view of the mountains marking the edge of the Alps. Had great a mini bar, central heating, and TV. Perfect service offered. Really helpful people working here...

The choice for the breakfast was a little bit poor, there was a big variety of cakes and sweet things to eat but no eggs or ham.

Hosts very friendly. Although we have been quite unlucky with the whether they have been busy with suggesting alternatives.rich breakfast and extremely nice staff. Good quality restaurant inhouse.

The breakfast with cappuccino, pastries, and meats was delicious, and the restaurant's offerings were fantastic; the hotel's location was close to Como and Lugano, making it convenient.

A surprising little gem of a hotel tucked away in the country side, nested in a neatly kept golf-course stile lawn. Freshly and tastefully decorated, friendly, young, pleasant and English-speaking staff. Thought out with care down to every detail.
Difficult to find (no road or street signs). The hotel restaurant is on the expensive side, with limited and (for my taste) pretentious menu. A couple can easily spend more on a two-course dinner than for overnight stay with breakfast. Didn't eat there because we fancied a simple meal that night.

Beautiful place, helpful staff, nice room.
Too much sweets for beakfast and almost nothing salty and nourishing (no eggs, no ham), but it is a general problem in Italian hotels...

This is a fantastic hotel if you are looking for a relaxing week-end in the coutry side of Italy. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well as the food is really good. The standard rooms are very confortable with a large bathroom and more than clean. This is a little piece of paradise in nowhere where you can regenerate yourself.
The only less good thing I can think about is that if you do not like to drive on steep sharp mountain roads by car then this might not be the right place or you need someone with you who can do that piece of the road...

This hotel was a real find, it was more like staying in a country house with very welcoming hosts. All the staff were friendly and knowledgable and couldn't do enough for you (in a very understated way). It's an idyllic spot with plenty to do if your like the outdoors. It is only a 15 minute drive to lake Como. The hotel restaurant was a very pleasant surprise, the standard of food topped some of the best restaurants in London. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it's restaurant.

Breakfast, hotel design, very beautiful gardens, friendly staff
Very far away from civilization, however, good location if you want sports (golf) and enjoy nature
